What the form collects

• Your name and work email.
• Your company's name and website, industry, number of employees, years in business and the tools it uses.
• Anything you write in the optional note.
• The page you sent the form from, any campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source), your browser's user-agent string and the time you sent it.

Why we collect it

To prepare your valuation, email you about it, and follow up about a possible data-licensing deal if you want one. Campaign tags tell us which of our emails or links brought you here.

What we never do

• We never sell or rent form data.
• We don't share your details with any buyer. Introductions happen only with your go-ahead.
• We don't use advertising trackers, analytics scripts or third-party cookies on this site.

Who handles it

Form submissions are stored privately with our hosting provider (Vercel), and our email provider handles our replies. They process the data for us and for no other purpose. To limit abuse, your IP address is held in server memory for up to ten minutes to count requests; it is not stored with your submission.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to follow up with you, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact. Email [email protected] at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold, or to stop hearing from us.

Data you license later

If your company goes ahead with a deal, the data in it is governed by the agreement you sign, not by this policy. Nothing is shared before you sign off in writing.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
